Dareyl is dedicated to assisting and serving the Church with real estate solutions that are established in the wisdom and knowledge of scripture. A General Contractor who has designed and built more than 150 churches, commercial appraiser having appraised and valued hundreds of church properties, real estate environmental engineer, and a commercial real estate broker having served many churches with the selling, buying, or leasing of church properties, he has also served as an elder of a local congregation of 200+.

He, and others, have created a healthy lease model for leasing space and time not used in a church property to other churches; the Space & Time Lease©. He is co-publishing a book “real estate by the BOOK: GOD’s principles for real estate” to be available as an e-book for download in early 2023.
